Theoharis Chatzigrigoriou, holds a Master's degree in Risk Management and Internal Audit (EKPA). At the same time, he is a PhD candidate in the Department of Business Economics at EKPA with a scientific field of Internal Audit and Risk Management. Certified Internal Auditor and Risk manager, he holds the CRMA, CFE, CICA, COSO, QAC certifications as well as the 2-year long-term training level 5 certification from EKPA in Internal Audit. He is a scientific associate at KEMEX and EKDDA and in the graduate program of Risk Management of NOPE/EKPA. He has 25 years of experience in the entire Internal Audit and Risk management network, in the Public and Private sector, while he has been employed and supervised Risk management and recording projects in large Organizations. He has been an Internal Auditor and a member of the Audit Committee at KOUTLIBANEO Hospitals, G.N. EVANGELISM and OPHTHALMISTORY OF ATHENS, and is in charge of Internal Audit at the Port Organizations of Lavrio and Rafina, Public Building Infrastructures, TMEDE Microfinance Foundation. In the private sector, he has worked as Internal Auditor and Director of Internal Control at the companies MAKRO CASH & CARRY, TITAN AE, SIEMENS TELECOM as SOX OFFICER HYDROGEOIS AE, METKA, LAIKI FACTORING and PIRAEUS LEASING.
