AQS S.A. was founded in 1993 and employs a staff of consultants with high academic credentials and long experience in top managerial positions, in international and Greek businesses. Though our corporate offices in Greece (Athens and Thessaloniki), we provide consultancy services on quality and productivity improvement to the organisations that entrust us with their projects; we operate in a spirit of common approach and integrated support, with the sole purpose of ensuring complete customer satisfaction that far exceeds their expectations.
With 30 years of creative presence in this sector, AQS holds a position among the most dynamic consultancy firms in the field of Business Strategies and is a full member of the Hellenic Association of Management Consulting Firms (SESMA) and the Hellenic Society of Management Consultants (ELESMA). The long experience of our executives and the use of cutting-edge know-how are a guarantee of our ability to meet the organisational requirements of the modern business environment. The Training and Consultancy Services AQS offers are certified, according to the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001:2013 standards.
AQS is the sponsor at the 38th GLOBAL LEGAL & IP CONFEX, held in November 15th in Dubai presenting GDPR in a speech entitled ‘The role of DPO in the value creation process’.

Our History
1993
AQS was founded by the current president of the company Nikolaos I. Michaloliakos, implementing the first ISO 9001 Installation and Organization Projects in Greece
1994
AQS started conducting seminars for Business Executives, with great response.
1995
AQS undertook the first major Business aiming to Reorganize Corporations and Public Institutes
1997
AQS got into MRP II Production / Installation Improvement / Warehouse Organization Projects.
1999
More than 1,000 Quality Management Systems installed by AQS
2000
A pioneering Reorganization Project was implemented at TSMEDE
2001
The participants of the seminars exceeded 10,000
2002
AQS successfully undertook Inventory Management Projects with documented Inventory reduction and CSL improvement.
2003
Cooperation with Kosmocar S.A. in an Organizational Project throughout the network of authorized representatives (50 companies) VW & Audi
2004
Project implemented, reference point, in TOSOH with savings for the company € 4,000,000, as evidenced in the relevant statement of the Japanese Entrepreneur
2006
AQS has got into Information Security Projects
2007
The company undertook its first major projects in the Balkans
2008
Privately owned offices of 300sqm, as well as an educational center were purchased
2009
The subsidiaries of the AQS Group were established
2011
The Seminar Participants exceeded 20,000
2012
The implemented Projects exceeded 1,500
2013
Implementation of original Systems Design Projects according to specialized international standards such as ISO 20121, ISO 29990, ISO 39001 etc.
2016
The implementation of the first GDPR Compliance Projects has started
2017
The repetition rate of the participants in the seminars exceeded 80% (8 out of 10 participate in the next seminar of AQS)
2018
The participants of the seminars exceeded 30,000
2019
AQS Cyprus was established, with offices in Limassol, which implements projects and seminars in Cyprus
2020
AQS Implemented Projects in GDPR Compliance and DPO Services exceeded 400, while the total of Consulting Projects exceeded 3,000.
2023
AQS closed 30 years of activity and signed contracts for the implementation of Education Projects in Cyprus amounting to €1.5 million.
2024
AQS Ltd. due to the development of its activities, it changes its legal form and now becomes AQS SA.
