Description

This new and upgraded seminar focuses on a more efficient organisation of the supplies department, cost reduction, quality improvement, supplier assessment and acceleration of processing rates. Simple and comprehensible examples illustrate the use of modern tools, such as: “Total Cost Approach”, “Value Analysis” and “Supplier Efficiency” evaluation (Quality reliability), Financial Indicators centred on solvency, as well as indicators measuring Total Supply Performance. This new version includes sections on Activity Based Costing and the way in which it relates to supply management.
